Zaheer Abbas M. Phil, MBA, Chief Executive Officer of ICTFH carries more than a decade experience in business process outsourcing and healthcare consultation. Through his diversified experience with US companies, he understands the healthcare system deeply and has a passion to replicate the same in the Middle East. Zaheer owns one of the largest companies in BPO in Pakistan and has dynamic experience in healthcare technology ranging from healthcare products like EMR/EHR/PACS/RIS & HMIS, services like consultation in healthcare BPO operations, training, certification like JCAHO & BPO Certifications for big organizations, and re-engineering of healthcare organizations to increase profitability and reduce expenses. Zaheer worked as consultant to IT Ministry Pakistan for its first medical and legal transcription project in late 90s and developed several training modules to fulfill the local market needs. He also occupied senior positions in different multinational companies (Vice President AMZ Technologies, Regional Director Epic Teleradiology, Operations Manager C-Soft Pvt. Ltd, Training Manager TNT, Executive Manager Allied Soft). Since 2003, Zaheer is actively involved in BPO & Healthcare training & consultation to both public and private sector in Egypt. Zaheer has an M. Phil in Genetics and MBA in Human resources Management and carries PACS certifications from US. Zaheer sits on advisory board in many companies in Pakistan, India and US. Zaheer is considered pioneer in bringing BPO business to Egypt, particularly introducing medical transcription, claims processing BPO services through its local partners. | |

Herman Oosterwijk, MS , MBA , CPC who has almost 20 years experience with Medical Imaging, working for corporations such as Philips, AT&T and Kodak in positions ranging from software architect to business unit manager for PACS and Teleradiology Products. Herman Oosterwijk has been involved with the ACR/NEMA and DICOM standardization effort from the beginning, participating in many different committees and working groups. He currently is an active participant in the DICOM working Group VI, the "clearing house" for all extensions and changes to the DICOM standard. | |

Ben Trafficana is a registered Radiologic Technologist (RTR) since 1989. Mr. Trafficana is a graduate of Upstate Medical University College of Health Related Professions in Syracuse New York. Mr. Trafficana carries decades of experiene in PACS Administration, EHR, and other related disciplines. He frequently consults with imaging facilities to help diagnose problem at those facilities and to fine tune their PACS use involving standard operating procedures. |
